Use landmarks: Thyroid, Left common carotid artery and SCM
Slide upward along LCCA to LICA and LECA
Multiple enlarged lymph nodes noted nearby
Largest LN noted at higher level (close to submandibular gland)
Submandibular gland (no enlargement or abscess formation)
Relatively hyperechoic & homogenous structure
Diagnosis: Cervical lymphadenitis
