2010年的個案，用的是當時的古董機型Aloka SSD-900，
看到這段影像和超音波機器的圖片，許多回憶湧上心頭啊。
78歲男性，AAA病史，接受過endovascular AAA repair，
來急診主訴為腹痛，當然要小心的是又破裂了。
這段特寫的記錄可以看到

跟上面影像相對應的CT
這個患者KUB上也可見在動脈支架旁有異常增加的軟組織訊號，
這就是在AAA旁的血塊所造成的。
超音波完整的橫向及縱向記錄，
當時用的機器幾乎沒有錄影功能，
還是有多虧當時鄭伯良醫師幫忙外接錄影設備，
