NYSORA本週刊出的技術介紹，
Selective supraclavicular nerve block，
SCN是Superficial cervical plexus 的其中一個成員，
上面附的圖示可以看到這個標的的dermatome。
以下為Nysora建議的技術重點:
- Goal: Local anesthetic spread around the nerves superficial to the investing layer of the deep cervical fascia
- Transducer: Linear
- Needle: 25-gauge, 2.5-4 cm
- Local anesthetic volume: 1-5 mL

在急診遇到clavicle fracture時，
我用來減緩患者疼痛有三個選擇:
1。Superficial cervical plexus (SCP)
2。Selective supraclavicular nerve (SSCN)
3。Clavipectoral fascial plane block (CPB)
我現在主要以第三個技術為主，
缺點是要打兩針 (骨折的近/遠端)，
還要有基本掃出骨折斷端的能力。
優點是很淺很容易執行，
而且打在骨頭的表面就好。
如果患者有其他受傷，如多處肋骨骨折要打ESPB，
這樣再加上CPB的量就容易超過，
這時我就會改選SSCN，這標的比較小，有時不容易找到，
或是SCP，這個介面就比較容易些。
