This time, target is descending colon.
You can see wall thickening on distal part of descending colon
Trace down to sigmoid colon
You can note asymmetric wall thickening of sigmoid colon without clear bowel wall stratification
c/w Sigmoid colon cancer
(confirmed by endoscopic examination, CT, surgery and pathology)
