RUQ pain scenario
RUQ transverse scan first then rotate to longitudinal direction
No hydronephrosis and no abnormal free fluid
Positive findings:
1. Ascending wall thickening
2. Dome sign
3. Hyperechoic change on surrounding mesentery
c/w Ascending colon diverticulitis
