用線形探頭後，表淺組織的解析和辨識變得容易許多，
也因此很常會看到Cobblestone般的影像。
蜂窩性組織炎和組織水腫 (如心臟衰竭、腎衰竭、肝硬化、白蛋白低下等)
都會有如鵝卵石般的皮下組織變化，那有沒有什麼方法可以區分呢 ??
發炎性反應的組織會比較腫脹，也不太容易壓迫後變形，血流也常有增加的可能，
因此掃描時，利用探頭對掃描的軟組織進行緩慢的壓迫，
可以看到組織間液被擠出，軟組織的厚度也有明顯改變，
如下影片一般，此為單純組織水腫。
Cobblestone appearance is not specific for cellulitis.
Tissue edema can have similar sonographic pattern.
One simple way to check is to gradually apply pressure on the soft tissue.
You will see fluid disappeared and thickness decreased in tissue edema.
