以下是各段血管的重要參數
要評估Vasospasm，要得到MCA & extracranial ICA的MFV，
代入下列公式
Lindegaard ratio (LR) = Mean flow velocity of MCA / mean flow velocity of extracranial ICA
< 3 : normal or hyperemia
3 – 4.5 : mild vasospasm
4.5 – 6 – moderate vasospasm
> 6: severe vasospasm

5。Cerebral circulatory arrest in brain death
6。Real time assessment of reperfusion during thrombolytic therapy
