POCUS for PN diagnosis (JAMA insights)
這一期的JAMA有一篇文章提到了POCUS在肺炎診斷的應用，
文中下列三項建議非常實用。
“Practical Applications and Limitations of POCUS.
Clinicians should incorporate POCUS findings with a patient’s history, physical examination, laboratory findings, and other imaging findings, if available.
POCUS has limitations, such as its inability to visualize the entire lung parenchyma, and therefore may not detect centrally located pneumonias.
Large body habitus and chest wound dressings may negatively affect POCUS image quality.“
