SGB在疼痛領域是很重要的一項技術，
在大多忙碌的急診要說明及執行這個技術不是很容易。
不過，在超級困難且頑固的心室心律不整時，
SGB倒不失為一個很棒的重症技術 — 用來終止electrical storm。
Electrical storm: 3 or more episodes of sustained ventricular arrhythmia over 24 hours
探頭選擇: 高頻線形探頭
探頭位置: 約在C6/C7處
參考構造: CCA和Longus coli muscle間的fascia
注射劑量: 5-10 ml lidocaine (1% or 2%都可以) or bupivacaine (0.25%-0.5%都可以)
建議位置: 左側SGB優於右側SGB
入針路徑: 外往內，in-plane
